Another attack on Trump’s life

Gunshots rang out on Donald Trump’s golf course in Florida, as he was immediately rushed to safety by security.

Agents say that a a rifle was hidden in bushes some 300 meters away from him, and opened fire towards Trump several times.

As security fired back, the culprit jumped out of the bushes and hopped into a car, leaving the gun, two backpacks and a GoPro behind.

Because it was easy to take a picture of the license plate, the suspect was identified as Ryan Routh.

He was stopped and arrested on I-95 highway.

Ryan Routh is 58 and from Hawaii. He has been convicted for numerous offences of the years, such as carrying a concealed weapon, resisting arrest, hit and run in a motor vehicle, driving with a revoked licence and possession of stolen property.

“Nothing will slow me down,” Trump has declared. “I will never surrender!”

This is the second attempt on his life in two months.

Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence is now under heavy security, of course.
