The third edition of the Bread Fair will be between September 22 – 24. It will be held at the National Museum of the Dimitrie Gusti Village, where Bucharest residents are expected to taste over 100 certified traditional local Romanian agri-food products.

The event will mark the Day of the Romanian Village, which is celebrated since 2020 on the last Sunday of September.

According to MADR, the offer at this fair will be over 100 traditionally certified products from the more than 750 products registered in the National Register of Traditional Products from the counties of Alba, Botosani, Brasov, Galati, Iasi, Mures, Prahova, Sibiu, Suceava, Valcea, Ilfov and Bucharest.

The offer of economic operators who obtain these products based on recipes handed down from generation to generation is diversified from categories such as bakery and pastry, meat products, dairy products, fish products, vegetables – fruits, spirits and many others, says Agerpres.
