MHS Holding & Automobile Bavaria names new leaders for auto & motorcycle division in Romania/Germany

  • Michael Röck takes over the management of the passenger car and motorcycle division of MHS Holding AG
  • Elmar Geisler will coordinate operations in Romania and Germany

Starting April 1, Michael Röck took  over as CEO of the passenger car and motorcycle division of MHS Holding AG and will coordinate the strategic development of the group-wide business.

Mr. Röck who was “outstanding international experience in the automotive industry, will focus on strengthening and expanding the automotive brand portfolio, as well as capitalizing on new growth opportunities,” a press release said. Michael Röck has held management positions at Toyota and Lexus Austria, General Motors, McLaren in Europe and the Middle East.

Elmar Geisler takes over the management of the operations of Automobile Bavaria Group in Romania and MHS Gruppe in Germany, being responsible for the implementation of the strategy and coordination of operations at the local level.

Mr. Geisler has more than two decades of experience in the automotive industry, with a solid track record within the Porsche Holding organization, where he has held multiple leadership positions at regional level. In his previous role as Managing Director, he was responsible for organizations in Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia, where he managed business transformation, expansion and consolidation processes.

In his new role, Elmar Geisler aims to accelerate the transformation of Automobile Bavaria into a modern mobility partner, with a focus on digitalization, personalized service and premium customer experiences.
