Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) Romania, a local business on process outsourcing (BPO) plans to recruit approximately 500 new colleagues for their Constanta office by the end of 2023.
At present, the Constanta hub has 200 employees, some of whom work remotely.
The open positions are available both for office and remote work. The new colleagues will be involved in projects similar to those operated by the company in other CGS Romania centers, in technical, sales and customer service areas. Additionally, in Constanta, the American company will provide salaries and benefits above the local and national market average.
Regarding the desired candidates’ profile, CGS Romania aims to recruit young individuals who are eager to excel in their positions and have access to a long-term career plan with opportunities for growth. The company also seeks English, French, Romanian and Turkish speakers with negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Among the open positions for the support center in Constanta are Customer Relations Consultants, Technical Specialists at levels 1 or 2 and Sales Specialists.
