The National Meteorological Administration on Thursday morning issued two yellow codes for Bucharest, warning of high winds and heavy rain for the next two days.
Forecasters said the wind will intensify throughout the day Thursday, gusting up to 45-50 km/h and later falling off to 35 km/h.
It will rain until Friday morning and temperatures will drop to around 7 degrees Celsius.
From Friday morning to Saturday morning, rain will continue and winds will be moderate to light.
Temperatures will be a high of 15 degrees Celsius and 6-8 degrees Celsius minimum.
There will be showers on Saturday accompanied by possible thunder lightening and thunder. Winds will tail off.
It will snow in mountain areas.
