After the pandemic, Pfizer wants various countries to pay up

Romania’s Finance Ministry recently announced that a schedule for the trial between Pfizer and Romania, initiated on the topic of COVID-19 vaccines, has been established.

Pfizer wants Romania to pay approximately 564 million euros, plus penalties for ordered and unpurchased vaccines in 2022 and 2023 – i.e. almost 29 million (28,940,613) vaccine doses; but also for Romania to pay 22,500 euros for court costs and expenses.

The trail will take place on June 20, 2024.
