A Bucharest court has placed Andrew Tate and Tristan under house arrest for 30 days, while their human trafficking trial expands and continues.
Authorities say the brothers coerced approximately 34 women into producing porn.
30 new victims were added to the list, some of which the Tate brothers said mothered their children.
Andrew Tate came out of the Bucharest courthouse angry, swearing and gesticulating. When interviewed, he called the decision “an absolutely disgusting set-up” and the prosecutors “idiots”, saying that all he has done since moving to Romania is to promote the country far and wide.
Tristan, the less vocal of the pair, looked shaken after leaving the courtroom.
The Tate brothers’ defendants, however, did not seem to have evidence to prove that it is indeed a set-up, as the brothers claim.
This isn’t the first time the brothers are under house arrest, but it comes after their mansion in Bucharest was raided by police yesterday.
They are also accused of money laundering.
