A furry Chihuahua pacing on an Alpine rock guided a helicopter crew to its owner, who had fallen into a crevasse on a Swiss glacier nearby.
The man was exploring the Fee Glacier in southern Switzerland and broke through a snow bridge, falling nearly eight meters inside.
Luckily, he had a walkie talkie, and was able to get word of his predicament out — but not provide his exact location.
Half an hour later, as the crew in the air zeroed on the Chihuahua, the hole the man fell into became visible.
The man was rescued and taken to a hospital, accompanied by his dog.
