With a history of over 115 years in the medical field and an expanding international presence, the group is acquiring 100% of the shares of REGINA MARIA and MediGroup from the investment fund MidEuropa.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be finalized by the end of this year.
