Andrew Tate tweets ‘the war rages on’ as he faces another month of house arrest in Romania over trafficking

Andrew Tate on Tuesday tweeted ‘the war rages on’ after a Romanian court ruled the influencer and his brother must stay under house arrest for a further 30 days over sex trafficking and other charges.

The Bucharest Tribunal decision comes a month after Tate, 36, was formally charged with rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women. His younger brother Tristan and two Romanian women were charged with human trafficking.

The four defendants have denied the allegations against them, will now remain under house arrest for 30 more days.

Tate complained that he is entering his fifth month locked in his house, vowing that the ‘war rages on’.

He tweeted: ‘After 93 days being locked in a Romanian dungeon, I am now entering my 5th month locked in my house. A judge decided this morning that my detention must continue. The war rages on.’

Shortly after today’s court ruling, Tate complained that he is entering his fifth month locked in his house while vowing that the ‘war rages on’

The influencer has been described as the ‘king of toxic masculinity.’

On Monday, Tate told journalists that ‘the moral arc of the universe bends towards justice in the end.’

‘My brother and I are extremely resilient people. In the end justice shall be served,’ he said. The Tate brothers are expected to appeal against Tuesday’s ruling.

After spending three months in police detention, a court ruled on March 31 the Tate brothers could be moved to house arrest.

Tate, claims prosecutors have no evidence against him and that there is a political conspiracy  to silence him.

Anti-crime prosecution agency DIICOT alleges that Tate, his brother Tristan and two Romanian women formed a criminal group in 2021 ‘in order to commit the crime of human trafficking’ in Romania, as well as in the United States and Britain.

There are seven female victims in the case, DIICOT said, who were lured with false pretenses of love and flown to Romania, where the gang sexually exploited them and subjected them to physical violence.
