Voters are turning out in high numbers on Sunday to choose a president in a pivotal elcrion that will determine whether the country moves closer or away from the European mainstream.
Front-runner nationalist has already warned about potential fraud. He claimed there were 1.8 million deceased people on the electoral register, adding he hoped they did not “rise from the dead and vote.”
